Chris Harris

Chief Financial Officer and Head of Financial Planning and Case Design

Chris Harris brings depth in financial services and lifeinsurance analysis to Premier Planning Group and Premier Brokerage Services.  With 18 years of experience in the financial services industry as a financial representative, Director of Marketing and Training and sales support roles, Chris brings a wide scope of knowledge to help support financial service representatives in the field.  In addition to his product knowledge, there are a variety of software tools available in his arsenal, including WinFlex, Financial Profiles, Adobe Flash & Dreamweaver, Allocation Master to name a few.  His expertise lies in assisting  representatives with product selection, case design and marketing.

Chris has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a major in political science.  In addition, Chris has an Associate’s Degree in Arts with a major in Recording Engineering from FullSail. When not hard at work he enjoys recording and composing music, traveling and spending time with his wife and two dogs.

Jenny Posdziech

Head of New Business Processing and Customer Service

Jenny Posdziech the Client Coordinator and Head of New business for Brion Harris’ team.  She handles questions regarding existing policies and accounts, and is responsible for making sure that the applications for your new business are handled timely and effectively.

Jenny and her husband Peter live in Baltimore with their daughters, Anna and Emma.  As a native of Maryland, Jenny enjoys going to the beach, going to concerts, and spending time with her family and friends.  Jenny has been with Premier Planning Group since December, 2003 and plans to continue to grow and develop with the company in the upcoming years.

Talia Grover

Head of Marketing and Executive Assistant to Brion Harris

Talia Grover is responsible for organizing and executing Brion Harris’ numerous events, creative marketing, maintaining Brion’s client database and managing Brion’s calendar.  Additionally, she works to deepen existing relationships and establish new relationships, as well as to help maintain a comprehensive client database which contains the information necessary to communicate effectively and efficiently with all of Brion’s clients.  

Growing up as an Army Brat, Talia has had quite an extensive history of traveling around the country, and loves to meet new people!  When she is not hard at work, Talia enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff, her friends and her two doggies, Odie and Goofy, going to concerts, following the Orioles, traveling, spending time at the beach, practicing yoga, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding, creating floral arrangements and making jewelry, cooking and experimenting with new recipes and exploring historical and political landmarks in the DC metropolitan area.

Julie Harris

Office Manager and New Business Processing

Julie Harris joined Premier Planning Group in  January, 2007.  Prior to joining Brion Harris’ team, she worked with other advisors at PPG, helping them to create and implement their marketing  programs and has also spent many years working in the legal field.  With her attention to detail and creative touch, Julie works diligently in processing new client business, as well as working closely with Brion to help with coordination and reimbursements for year-round seminars and unique marketing events.

Julie Harris grew up in Hopkinton, New Hampshire where she enjoyed horseback riding and participated in several local horse shows. She attended local schools participating in many school activities such as chorus and cheerleading, as well as completing 13 years of tap dance, jazz dance and ballet.  After attending Dean Junior College in Franklin, Massachusetts, she worked for the State of New  Hampshire for ten years which included two years  working    directly with the former Governor Jean Shaheen where she developed exceptional communication and organizational skills.  Julie’s love for the beach moved her to Orlando, Florida where she ended up meeting Chris and eventually moving to Maryland. The two were married in April 2007 in Marco Island, Florida. Currently, Julie and Chris live in Annapolis with their two dogs Cleo and Vida Blu.

Emily Benton

Head of New Business Development and Customer Service

Emily Benton joined Premier Planning Group after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Economics in 2011. Following her summer as an intern for PPG in 2010, Emily joined the team full-time in the role of administrative   assistant and new business processor. Over the last few years Emily has ​worked in​ almost every role on the team, from answering phones and stuffing envelopes to processing client business and overseeing online account maintenance. If you've called PPG, or attended one of Brion's famous seminars or holiday gatherings--it's likely that you already know Emily and have been the recipient of her exceptional customer service. 

Having lived in Annapolis since the age of 10, Emily decided to set her sights on Baltimore where she currently lives in Federal Hill.  When she is not helping clients, you can find Emily exploring the local culinary scene, cheering on Baltimore-area sports teams and simply enjoying life around town. When possible, Emily also loves visiting distant family, traveling to new places ​and​ visiting local wineries.

Wendy (Charlie) Gunn

Administrative and Marketing Assistant to Brion Harris

Charlie Gunn joined Premier Planning Group in 2015. With qualifications in Business Management, Customer Service and a varied background from nursing to retail, Charlie always loves a challenging new role! She is responsible for preparing Brion’s for his client meetings, as well as assisting with events and seminars.
Charlie was born in England near Brighton on the south coast. The area is surrounded by the South Downs National Park which offers great opportunities for hiking, camping and horse riding. All things which she continues to enjoy in her free time with her husband Alex along with their new favorite hobby of kayaking.

Heather Finn

Director of First Impressions

Heather is a Director of First Impressions. She joined Premier Planning Group part-time in November 2015 and can be found at the front desk on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Most of her career has been spent in the corporate world working with a food service and vending company, as well as a local Pepsi Cola Bottling Company. After leaving corporate life, she opened a small company in Annapolis helping businesses with their administrative duties. She enjoys meeting new people and here at PPG is a perfect place to meet some of the finest.

Heather grew up in Canada, got a business degree from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, married an American, and moved to Silver Spring MD. She has two children, two in-law children, four grandchildren and two granddogs! Heather lives in Annapolis at Heritage Harbour with her sidekick puppy Petunia. Her hobbies are interior design and entertaining friends.

Jessie Ringle

Executive Assistant for Jason LaBarge

Jessie Ringle is the Administrative Assistant to Jason LaBarge, managing his marketing and client events, relationship management as well as his busy calendar.  Jessie  joined Premier Planning Group in  November of 2015 and is responsible for managing Jason’s calendar, coordinating new and existing client events as well as processing client business. Prior to working at Premier Planning Group, Jessie was employed at Verizon Wireless supporting the Federal Government clientele through her extensive knowledge in Account Management. 

Jessie is an Annapolis native, and has continued to remain centralized in the Annapolis/Arnold area. Jessie is a mother of two and enjoys raising them learning to  appreciate the history and beauty of Annapolis.
