How To Set Up and Reset Online Access

Do you need assistance with setting up or resetting online access? You're in the right place!

Our broker dealer, Cetera, uses account aggregate software called Albridge. Albridge pulls data from a majority of the companies Premier Planning Group works with and shares values as of the end of the previous business day.

You can also look up values dating back to September 2019 (since we joined Cetera Advisor Networks). If you need information prior to September 2019, just reach out to a PPG team member.

To access the document shared with you in meetings with Brion Harris, go to the Reports tab. If your spouse or other family members have accounts with Premier Planning Group and you've requested a joint family view - you will click on the dropdown arrow at Portfolio and click on your family view, you will then click the blue Go button. You can view all your accounts or click on the blue Printer Friendly button to open a PDF printable version of your accounts in a new tab.

Setting Up Your Account

Are you new to PPG? We're here to help you get set up so you can view your accounts online.

  1. A PPG team member will initiate the process for you. To your email of choice, you will receive two emails from customerservice@albridge.com.

  2. Email 1: Invite for Registration
    • Will list a website link for you to click on.

  3. Email 2: Access Code for Registration
    • Will let a temporary access code that is valid for 24 hours.
    • Please note: If you do not have time to create your account within 24 hours, a PPG team member can send a new access code to you.

  4. After clicking on the website link in Email 1, you will be prompted to enter your SSN and the temporary access code in Email 2.

  5. You will then be prompted to create a username, password, and enter other account information.

  6. Once logged in, you can visit https://www3.mainaccount.com/can/ to log in OR click the 'Client Login' button at the top of this website.

Reset My Account or Password

Are you locked out of your account? No worries - our team can help with that!

  1. Email a PPG team member.

  2. Similar to when you set your account up, you will receive two emails from customerservice@albridge.com.

  3. Email 1: Password Reset Request - URL
    • Will list a website link for you to click on.

  4. Email 2: Password Reset Request - Access Code
    • Will let a temporary access code that is valid for 24 hours.
    • Please note: If you do not have time to create your account within 24 hours, a PPG team member can send a new access code to you.

  5. Click the website link in Email 1. You will then be prompted to enter your username (if you don't remember what that is, a PPG team member can look it up) and the temporary access code in Email 2. 

  6. Once reset, you can visit https://www3.mainaccount.com/can/ to log in OR click the 'Client Login' button at the top of this website.
