Brion Harris is the CEO, Founder, and Managing Partner of Premier Planning Group. He has been a hard-working financial professional since 1999 and has helped grow Premier Planning Group to be the successful company it is today. Brion works with individuals and business owners specializing in wealth preservation and retirement distribution strategies. He has been the #1 advisor and recipient of the Advisor Leadership Award* at Summit Brokerage Services for five years running and is known throughout the financial community as one of the top retirement distribution specialists. Prior to founding PPG, Brion worked with the prestigious consulting firm McKinsey and Company in Washington, D.C., and Moscow. 

Brion and his wife, Elizabeth, have been a member of the Annapolis Community for 20 years. They now share a lovely home with their three children, Addison, Jay, and Scarlett and two dogs, Pepper and Coco. Although Brion is extremely busy with client meetings and events, he does find time for other interests. Brion is involved with Severn, where his three children go to school. He also loves traveling, skiing, and anything outdoors. You also might find him learning the newest magic trick to impress friends, family, and clients with.
